Guidelines to fill the registration form
  1. Enter the Roll No. and click Proceed button
  2. Check the pre-filled items (inform your dept. in case of any mismatch)
  3. Providing ABC Id is mandatory for receiving the degree certificate in your DigiLocker account
  4. Enter Mobile Number, Email Id and Complete Postal Address
  5. Check all data before final submission
General Guidelines / Informations
  1. Only those students who are registering their names online and are reporting to the venue before 10 AM, shall be handed their degree certificates during the actual convocation ceremony schedule.
  2. Certificates of students, who are registering on the day of the convocation and late registration candidates (after 10:00 am), will be handed over by the university authorities, but post-lunch after the original program schedule
  3. The declaration of the number of guests or type of lunch (VEG / NON-VEG) cannot be altered during the day of convocation.

  5. JIS University Alumni Association Registration Fees is also included along with the Convocation Fees; students can register via link https://surveyheart.com/form/5ffde938231584749c10cef0
  6. If you are not able to attend the Convocation, collect your Degree/Diploma Certificate from Examination Office later.

Guidelines for Authorised Persons to receive the degree certificate
  1. Only those students’ degree certificates will be handed over to the authorised persons, who have registered online.
  2. The Authorised Persons who are to receive the degree certificates on behalf of the candidates must carry a copy of –
    1. Authorization Letter (copy available in the online registration form)
    2. Aadhaar Card (candidate)
    3. Aadhaar Card (self)
    4. Convocation fee payment receipt (INR 1000)

Without the above documents the Degree Certificates will not be handed over to any other person.
